Do I need to know anything technical?
No. If you can type an email, you can change your site. We do the building, the setting up and the looking after.
Will moving lose my Google ranking?
We keep every old address working: each one forwards to the page that replaces it, so links and search results still land in the right place.
What happens to my email?
Nothing. When your domain moves, only the website’s records change. Your email stays exactly where it is.
Who owns my site?
You do. The domain stays in your name, and you can download every page, picture and word whenever you like, including if you leave.
